The angkor car
it is an invention of the engineer Nhean Phaloek with the collaboration of his ex wife in order to offer a product that could fight with the motorcycles price in the market. Its small size makes easy the mobility in the traffic, a problem of the daily life in Cambodia.
When the angkor car was beginning, the vehicles were produced in a simple version. Nowadays, they have helm instead of handle, doors opened by remote control, and much are convertibles.
Water filters
Due to the fact that almost two-thirds of the population do not have access to clean water, the invention of filters seems like a good solution, the water is deposited in a ceramic container inside a plastic barrel which walls are painted with colloidal silver paint that helps to remove different pathogens after the ceramic removes the solid impurities. Each month near to 5.500 are produced for the local inhabitants.

In order to solve the situation of the few energy sources that the country has, the cambodians have created one new sustainable and friendly with the environment. Designed by the enterprise KamWorks, the Moonlight is a solution to replace the kerosene lights which produce risks for the people. This invention works with solar energy and is very useful considering that as over 70% of Cambodia does not have electricity. The price is around 25 dollars and is very popular in rural areas to make longer the productive day.
